Graffiti Art & Social History: Urban Exploration for Clarity & Community

This hike series blends urban exploration with wellness, as you stroll through Toronto’s vibrant streets, laneways, and parks to experience graffiti art and learn about the city’s rich social history. These walks offer a chance to reflect on personal identity and connection to the land, while fostering a sense of community and belonging. Whether you’re looking for a mental reset, a chance to stretch your legs, or an opportunity to explore the city’s hidden gems.

Slow Flow Yoga

Experience the benefits of Trauma-Informed Slow Flow Yoga—designed to help you move with intention, relax deeply, and support overall well-being. These gentle Hatha/Vinyasa-based sessions integrate mindful movement, breath work, and meditation, creating a calming and restorative experience for all levels.

Perfect as an ongoing wellness activity for groups or as a rejuvenating session during conferences, retreats, and full-day events.

Mindfulness Groups

Mindful Self-Compassion (8 Weeks): 

This group is designed to help participants cultivate self-compassion and mindfulness to support personal and professional well-being. Participants will learn the difference between empathy and compassion, develop skills to nurture themselves, and explore strategies to prevent empathic strain (compassion fatigue). This group is open to everyone and may be especially helpful for people who are caregivers at home or at work. We’ll focus on finding space for ourselves and learning techniques to refill our own cups before caring for others. 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (8 Weeks):

Help your team manage stress more effectively by learning about the neurobiology of stress and its effects on the body. This group focuses on practical mindfulness techniques, such as meditation, body scanning, and mindful breathing, to reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of burnout. Ideal for individuals navigating high-pressure environments or experiencing burnout or heightened anxiety, this group will empower participants to develop lasting mindfulness practices that support their mental health.

Mental Wellness & Self-Care in Difficult Times (8 Weeks):

This group addresses key concepts of mental health promotion and self-care for employees. Participants will explore the social determinants of mental health, the neurobiology of trauma, and its impacts on the body, as well as practical strategies for stress management. Participants will leave with personalized self-care plans and a toolkit of resources to foster mental health and resilience in the workplace, especially during challenging times.
