I believe therapy and healing should be accessible to everyone.
Most insurance providers cover services offered by a registered social worker. Please check with your insurance provider to check your coverage.
If you are a newcomer to Canada or do not have access to benefits, there are programs available in Toronto that may be an option for you.
I accept third party payments through the following programs for individuals who are eligible and approved for psychotherapy services provided by me.
Toronto Quick Victim Response Program (VQRP)
The Crisis Response Program responds immediately to support individuals and families in the aftermath of crime and/or sudden tragedy.
Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB)
The program provides eligible First Nations and Inuit clients with coverage for a range of health benefits, including mental health counselling.
Interim Federal health Program (IFHP)
The program provides coverage for eligible refugees, protected persons in Canada, and refugee claimants with coverage for a range of health benefits, including mental health counselling.
All other payment methods
I accept credit card and e-transfer payments and will issue you a receipt which you can submit to your insurance provider (if available) for reimbursement. You may claim psychotherapy expenses on your income tax return.
